This is the room that wins the trip. A 7-ft slate billiards table, shuffleboard, and a poker table with a removable top that converts to dining or cards, plus a full arcade machine loaded with Pac-Man, arcade golf, and the classics. The board games, and a tuned piano round it out.
SALTWATER POOL AND BACKYARD
Step out to a private, fenced saltwater pool with night lighting, shallow kid-friendly steps, and about 6 ft at the deep end. The yard keeps everyone happy with a jungle-gym playset, a propane grill, a covered patio lounge, and outdoor dining for six under string lights.
KITCHEN AND LIVING
The open-concept layout flows from the kitchen into dining, living, and out to the pool, so the cook stays in the conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless appliances, water filtration, a quartz island, dining for six, bar seating, and a breakfast nook. The living room has a gas fireplace, a reclining sectional, and smart TVs.
BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 12 IN REAL BEDS)
Three bedrooms downstairs: the Master with a King and private ensuite bath, plus two Queen bedrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs: a King with a Queen Murphy bed and private ensuite bath, and a King with a desk and workspace. Three full bathrooms, two of them ensuite. The two upstairs bedrooms connect, so you pass through the first to reach the second, which is ideal for one family or a group traveling together.
